The Center for Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Administration and Information center is located at 1900 Raritan Road in Scotch Plains, NJ.

This facility houses all administrative staff as well as provides a base for our visiting nurse staff, home health aides, spiritual counselors and social workers.

Our Home Care Department is located in this facility as well.  The program offers home care services to individuals who are homebound, seriously ill or in need of the assistance of visiting health professionals.

This location also offers education, training and resource information geared to improve end-of-life care in our area and surrounding communities.
