Chief Operating Officer
Currently seeking Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is a
dynamic leader that directs and administrates all operations to insure
compliance with the established mission of compassionate and quality hospice
services in a personal, professional and progressive manner. The COO will
have knowledge of hospice philosophy, government regulations, assisted living
services, with proven management and leadership skills. Minimum five years
experience in executive health care management position required. Masters
Degree in Health Related field and Assisted Living Administrator Certification
preferred.
Certified Home Health Aide
We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides to join our team
in per diem positions for weekend schedule of 7a-3p and 3p-11p.
Duties of the position will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Engender the Mission of the Organization in all aspects of
work
- Adhere to and convey the philosophy of supporting dignity,
privacy, independence, choice, individuality and a home-like
environment.
- Provide services in accordance with each patient's plan of
care.
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ability to communicate with team.
Requirements: Desire to learn about hospice and ability to interact
with patients and families in a caring manner. Meet the training
requirements of the State of NJ to be certified with a current NJ Home Health
Aide Certificate. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Comfortable
providing specialized care to the terminally ill.
